In Floyd, VA we’re pretty interested in real food and at Fat Bean Farm we wonder why there’s a distinction at all. We want to see an ingredient label with a simple list of whole foods and that’s what you have here.

Wild fermented foods add a zing to your plate and benefit to your belly. Use them as a condiment on a sandwich or burger, add it to your salad, stir some into soup, or even add some to your breakfast eggs! Really, once you start experimenting, the possibilities are endless.

Ingredients: *Napa Cabbage, Diakon Radish, Bok Choy, Green Onion, *Garlic, Ginger, *Chili Pepper, *Jalepeno Pepper, *Cayanne Pepper, Sea Salt.
